FrontPage E-mail form results

I have a client whose FrontPage form is set to send the
results to her e-mail address in HTML format. The form
has quite a few form fields on it and the web page and
form seem to proper HTML tags, etc.
The problem is not all of the form fields labels and
contents get sent with the e-mail to the client.
Has anyone ever heard of this problem and can provide us
with a resoltion?
