Frontpage forms

Dear All
I am new to Frontpage and have a forms problem.
I have recently set up a form to send an e-mail message to me. I
intially set it in the form properties,options,saving file results as a
"formatted text" format.
I wished to change this to "text database using comma as separator" but
am unable to now as it is locked as "formatted text" any clues as to a
fix?.
I have noticed that is saves in frontpage as a CSV or txt file but does
not save to the isp hosting the web page i.e. I still get it in the
"formatted text" format when it is e-mailed back to me.
I have contacted the hosting company but they say its at my end. Am I
missing some basic concept here or is there more to do ie do I have to
remove some file from the web server manually.

Thankyou for your response Steve.
I was able to work out the problem myself with a little bit of help
from a number of other posts here.
A simple error I my behalf, I was only changing the way FP was saving
the information from the form and NOT the way it was e-mailling it i.e.
I was changing "file results" and not changing "e-mail results"
I am grateful for your time.
A steep learning curve is always a good thing when you throw yourself
into something new.
