Hi,
I've got a frameset with two frames...one is a header and the other is the
main frame. The idea being that the header has a logo and some interactive
buttons in it...that when you click on them they load the various pages into
the main frame.
What I'm finding is that when I click on one of the interactive buttons, it
is ignoring the target frame and loading the new page into the whole browser
window...replacing the frameset.
I've correctly set the target...the name matches correctly.
I've found an article that says that putting a target into the frame
definition causes this...and I should remove it. When I go into code view in
FP 2003 and remove it and then click on save...it reappears!
Two questions...
1) Is this the cause of the problem? (i.e. the target tag in the frameset
definition).
2) How can I remove the target tag from the <frame.....> line...without it
reappearing when I click on save.
Regards,
Mark
