frontpage shared borders

How do I reduce/remove the white space between a left
shared border and the page body?
How do I make a right-hand shared border stick to the left
(ie close to the right side of the page body, with no
space inbetween) instead of stick to the right-most edge
of the browser window.?

You can't remove the 24 px spacer cell
Use include pages instead of shared borders

RIGHT SHARED BORDER w/ LEFT ALIGNMENT:

STEP ONE: FrontPage shared borders use a generic webpage
that is placed in a hidden folder ... go to the TOOLS drop
down menu and select WEB SETTINGS. Then click on the
Advanced Tab... once on that tab you will notice a check
box for Show documents in hidden directory that you will
want to place check mark to activate. It will ask you if
you want to refresh so answer yes.

STEP TWO:In the folder view you should now see a folder
called _borders. Depending on which borders you have
actived in your web you will see a corresponding html web
in your case you will have a page called right.html. Set
page format to left margin. Also, I like to use a table
set to be left on this same page which adds more formating
in that margin.

REMOVE BODY PAGE WHITE SPACE:

This is a little easier... simply get the page properites
from the webpage (not border page) and select Advanced Tab
where you will see check boxes for top and left margin.
Place a check mark in the box next to Left Margin and set
that property to 0 (Zero). This will take the space
away. Note: the space might still be there in a Netscape
browser so you will want to check your page in Netscape.
