The site is going well now! Basic but doing it's job

I've got it loaded on Tripod - great for free, but the ads are a bit
intrusive

I have webspace with Freeuk, but they don't support FrontPage

I've checked the help file in FP, it says I can publish via FTP, but when I
try it says Freeuk does not support FrontPage

How can I load my FP page onto FreeUK?

I have a FTP program which I CAN connect to FreeUK with (removed an old site
made with MS Publisher)
When I try and use the FTP software to upload my FP page, it doesn't want
to know
