Funny Outlook 2003 Problem

When trying to delete a message by pressing the delete
key on my key board or clicking X on the toolbar, the
messages do not go away. If I press the delete key on my
keyboard or the X a second time they will delete, however
if it the Permanently Delete dialog box comes up as if I
were pressing Shift and Delete.

I have also noticed when moving items that they will not
move until the second time as well.

Any ideas would be great

What type of account do you use? I've seen similar problems with some html
messages on an IMAP account.
