Galleries Using Inline Frames

Hello. I've always been more of a point and click Frontpage person wit
only a wee bit of HTML knowledge. My question is how can i create
sort of gallery on a website using online frames? That is to say, ho
can i set up like a list of thumbnails and then, each time a one i
clicked, have a picture appear in an inline frame? Instructions on ho
to do this would be greatly appreciated.
