Games Crash...IRQ not equal....

Okay i have XP Pro. AMD 2200+ 512 Ram GForce 4 4200. For some reason when I start StarCraft,Ultima,DiabloII, the game will crash after a minute or so and a blue screen pops up saying that IRQ's are less than or not equal, and the computer restarts iteself. I follwed the instructions it gave to fix with problem without any success. I have also re-formated and re-installed windows a few times again without success. Also i have to mention that while trying re-install windows this windows pops up in the middle of the installation forcing me to restart and try the installation again, this happens several times before i can actually get an installation to work without a problem. Any idea what in the world caused my computer to behave this way, and how can I fix it?
