Gantt Chart Bar Formatting in relation to Resources

Hi,

Is there a way to set Gantt Chart Bar formatting to a particular resource so
that when that resource is used the bar is formatted automatically for every
task?
(i.e John Smith has a red bar, John Doe has a blue bar)
