Geeting rid of Dial Up Connection Window

When viewing downloaded e-mails off-line how can you get
rid of the Dial-up Connection Window when it appears -
does not seem poosible to get rid of it without exiting
Outlook?
Any advice?

Try Tools>Internet Options>Connections and select Never
Dial a Connection.
