General toolbar question

I have created a custom toolbar that needs to be placed on several other
user's desktops. What is the best way to make sure they have access to the
toolbar? Our projects are saved to a server. Should I leave it on the project
itself, have them open the project on their computer and then use the
Organizer to have them copy the toolbar to their GlobalMPT? Will that work?
