Generate backgrounds for powerpoint for free

A couple of weeks ago I found a website that could be used to generate
backgrounds and bars for powerpoint presentations. There was no charge
to use the site or the graphics that one generated. Can anyone help me
find such a site again?

Depending on how far ago and your browser settings, you may find the
site in the browser's 'history.' In Firefox, check View | Sidebar >
History and in IE View | Explorer Bar > History
