Generated link in email notification on Project Server is wrong

I finally got email notification working on Project Server. The only
problem is that the link it sends me to notify me that something has
changed is wrong.

The server name is projserveno
The directory is ProjectServer (I think that was created by Project
Server)

It is adding an extra projectserver in the URL.

So for example it would be

http://projserveno/projectserver/projectserver/blahblahblah

If I take manually delete the extra projectserver in my browser it
works fine. If I follow it, as is, it leads me to nowhere.

Anyone know what is producing this?

Logon to Project Web Access using and administrator account
Select Admin > Manage Organization
Set the correct URL in the appropriate entry box
