Generic headers/footers

I'm using PJ2003. I cannot find this in the help files or this forum, but I
may have been missing something obvious.

Is it possible to set a logo (or whatever) to appear in the header of all
report variants in a project? It seems odd that one has to set it up
individually for each report that might be called for.

Thanks

Hello Jonathan589,

Sorry no, you would need to set it up for each report. You may find it
helpful to create a custom report for each report you think you are
going to need, insert your header/footer information and then copy that
report definition back to the global template (Global.mpt) through the
Organizer (Tool >Organizer).

By placing the custom report in Global at least you won't have to
recreate on every project file.

I hope this helps. Let us know how you get along.

Thanks Julie for your helpful and quick response!

I thought of doing something like that (assuming that I had to) but you have
suggested a better route than I would have gone. I will go to work on that at
once and put my question again as a suggestion to Microsoft

Regards

Jonathan
