Get color of a cell

Hi all,

I am trying to change the bars for a series of tasks to the same color as
the font of the text in corresponding the "task name" field. I can set the
colors using VBA, but I can't get the color of the task name field.

How do I return the task name font color, ie:

a = <<Task Name font color>>
GanttBarFormat MiddleColor:= a

Unfortunately the font color can only be written to, not read. I don't have
2007 available to test but I know it supports background colors, so
possibly?
