getting an email address to clickable on a form when sent to me

on a form, how can I make the email address clickable
after someone has filled out the form and submitted it.

Go to my web site www.foxcitiesre.com or click here. Enter some ficticious info but in the email blank, enter your email address. Once I get the form I will forward it to you to see what I mean
