getting mad with .pst...!

using MSOutlook XP, do you know any solution to download new emails from a pop account on a folder and then read them without being connected? Now, I receive then them in my Inbox but they are still on the server so as soon as i disconnect the network i cannot open my unread emails anymore

Make sure you download the whole message not just the header. You can
configure this in;
Tools-> Options-> tab Mail Setup-> button Send/Receive...-> select
send/receive group-> button edit-> select account-> option; Download
complete item including attachments
