Description of what happens: I use MS Outlook 2003. XP professional.
I click on an email in the inbox and a dialog box comes up saying "Please
wait while Windows configures Microsort Office Premium". The progress bar
progresses to the next window that says that "The information needed is on a
resource disk that is not available. Click OK to try again or enter an
alternate path to a folder containing the installation package 'DATA1.MSI' in
the box below". I don't have my Office2000pro disk anymore - -somehow it got
lost in the shuffle around here -- so there is no way for me to give it what
it wants. A friend loaned me his Office2000 disk but that doesn't satisfy
whatever is wanted. I tried my Office 2003 upgrade disk but that doesn't do
the trick either. I have used Detect and Repair on the Help menu but that
didn't stop this from happening. This has been going on for over a week and I
just keep hitting the CANCEL button. What is wrong and why is this happening
adn what can I do about it?
