Getting rid of startup password screen

[SDR]

Had to reinstal XP from scratch. Now on startup I get a screen with my
name and password (wich is blank). I have to press OK to continue. Can
I get rid of this screen please?

Are you on a domain or a workgroup?

Part of a workgroup at home. 2 PCs networked. The other does not have
this problem.
