getting screen view back to center on the screen

I am using Word in the sized down mode- not full screen. I accidentl
placed the move bar out of sight on the screen and don't know how t
retrieve the full view???

I think the title bar is what ram1000 meant by the "move bar" that's
off screen.

The simplest way is to right-click the program's button on the task
bar and select Maximize. Another way is to select Move from the same
popup (or press Alt+spacebar and then press M), then use the arrow
keys to move the window until you can see the title bar.
