gettting rid of the expand menus

I have a quick question on office 2003.

How do make it so i dont have to expand the menus.

for example file, edit, view, etc. I do'nt want to have to hit the aarows to
see all the options under each categorie.

I use to remember how to do this but i think it changed after some service
packs maybe.

I know it use to be simple.

Launch Microsoft Word and from the Toolbar select:
Tools > Customize > Options (tab) and place a check
next to "Always show full menus".
