What version of PowerPoint are you using? In PowerPoint 2000 the file will
loop continuously. If you only want it to play once you will need to
convert it to an AVI. See

Hi,
I've made an animated gif using ImageMagick that only cycles a single time.
Only when I insert it in a powerpoint presentation it keeps on cycling
during the show.
Does anyone know how to solve this problem?
