Gif or jpeg over mpg file

Hi,

I inserted an mpg file into my presentation and would like jpg on the top of
the move clip. It is not showing up when I play. I use Office 2003. Can
this be done? Thanks,

When videos play they always play on top and cannot be covered or obscured by
other objects.
