Give Outlook access to other programs

I have a single client running software that sends
automatic updates via Outlook. Whenever the program tries
to access Outlook, there is a prompt asking if it is ok.
The problem is the workstation needs run unattended.

I know there is a server-side solution to providing
access, but would rather find a registery edit since there
is only 1 machine impacted. Your help is appreciated!
