Giving new templates to others

Can you tell me how to give new templates in PowerPoint to other people on
our network? Or what group would I ask?

Just copy the POT (or POTX if you use Powerpoint 2007) files to the
appropriate folder you have in your network for templates. The folder for
the workgroup templates depends on the installation, you can see it in Word
under "Tools/Options/File Locations".
