I am on a network and use the global address book while at work. Since we installed office 2003 on our xp machines every now and again the recipients list for our work location disappears. When opening the address book and tools and options we are usually able to reset the local recipients. This option is sometimes not available unless outlook is closed and reopened. Most times we have to restart our computers. Any suggestions as to why this is happening? Thanks in advance for any help.
