Global IME Install Problems

I need to install Global IME (Japanese) on my brand new
Windows XP(Home Edition) system that runs Office Basic
Edition 2003. None of the installation files I found and
downloaded from the MS site work.

imejpn---This one errors and says I need Office XP.
JAMONDO & msjaime---These error and say that I cannot
install them on my version of Windows.

Although I contacted them three times, the Microsoft
support people have been completely useless so far. I
was wondering if anyone else had the same problem, and if
so, what suggestions you might have.

Having the SAME PROBLEMS - there is NOTHING, anywhere, regarding this
problem except for others seeking the same answers - is ANYONE from Microsoft
listening?!?!?!?!
