Global Permissions Description Request

Is there a list available of all the global permissions in Project Server
2007, along with a description of what each permission level gives access to?

the Microsoft Project desktop application only. To answer your question,

Be forewarned that the information presented is incomplete and in some cases
incorrect. It will at least give you an idea of what most of the
permissions do. We are currently writing our book for Project Server 2007
Administrators, in which we completely document every organizational
permission, and all permissions in every Group and Category. We expect this
book to go to press in late Q1 or early Q2 of this year. Hope this helps.
