I understand normal.dot is not meant to be shared, but I do not follow
from relevant KB articles how to deal with our requirement which is:
1 Two office administrators are allowed to add abbreviations and
dictionary entries to a global template during their normal work and,
2 Everyone can use, but not modify, the global template.
How do we do this? The workstations are all Windows XP in a domain.
