Gmail Imap

Anyone had success with setting up Imap with Gmail? I get mail appearing in
the wrong in box, old mail appearing from all mail to inbox on "folders on
my computer", etc. I'm quite sure it is set up correcty-Entourage 2008. Of
course it's not listed in Gmails settings so maybe there are problems with
this version and 2004.

Thanks, Diane. I wasn't doing a few things in the setup you pointed me to
and it cured my problems so far. Also I think disabling all the mailing list
manager rules cured email going to the in box on Folders on my Computer.

Mailing List Manager rules can be very useful, but when they are
accidentally created when marking a message as junk they produce a lot of
havoc. Glad you have your Gmail account working now.
