Goofy Emails received in Outlook

I have a friend that sends me emails that contains some graphics (usually a portion of an Excel Spreadsheet). Previously (early March), these emails would look beautiful when I got them in Outlook
Now, for some reason they get to me in Plain Text mode and are very hard to read and understand
If I first look at the email via my Comcast Website, it looks great there. But, when I pull it up on Outlook, it is crappy

Any suggestions
If you have any please email me, as I'm not sure I'll be able to find this message board again
