I want to draw a graph that x axis is resource name and y axis is work of
each resource. in the resource graoh and time scaled data in excel , i can't
do that. is there any method to make it possible?

Easiest way ... export the time-scaled data in Excel, then use Excel to
sum the work for each resource then use Excel to draw that bar chart.
