User gets error when using tables or creating a
spreadsheet within PowerPoint. Any ideas on what is
causing this. PowerPoint usually closes and she looses
changes.

"An error" covers a lot of ground. What is the exact error? What exactly is
the user trying to do in PPT? (That is, Insert/Object/From File to create a
new Excel document in PPT or what? I mean, "using tables or creating
spreadsheets" can be a few different things as well.)

What version of PPT is the user using?

The error is graph9.exe generating errors. PowerPoint
closes.

User is doing Insert/Object/From File to create a new
Excel document in PPT.
