Graphical Indicators won't print

I have probs with a file that is printing graphical indicators as black
sqaures from one PC, but prints ok from a different PC. I cannot see any
obvious settings to configure within project or standard printer settings to
resolve this problem - has anyone got any ideas on exactly what is causing
this problem?

Just a guess - check the printer drivers on the PCs. See FAQ #44 at:

You're welcome Steve and thanks for the feedback. Let us know if
upgrading/changing the drivers doesn't fix the problem and we'll try again.

Hi again,

I am still having this problem. One printer works ok, but the other, a
colour printer doesn't. I have looked at all of the property settings on
both printers and cant see anything that might need checking/unchecking.

Any ideas?

Hi Steve,

Have you checked with the printer manufacturer to see if you are running the
latest printer driver for the printer? If the file prints fine on one
printer but doesn't print correctly on another printer, it must be a problem
with the printer, most likely not with Project.

If the color printer is older, it is possible the printer manufacturer has
released an updated driver.
