graphics won't print

graphics won't consistently print even though they show on
the monitor - what am I doing wrong? specifically, right
now I am trying to print a border that I have placed in 3
rows as a watermark. The middle row prints, but not the
other two rows . . . ???????

What version Publisher? When you go to print click advanced print settings,
Publication Options tab, clear "Do not print any graphics."

If the border is being cut off left and right, it very well could be you are trying
to print outside the margin limitations of your printer. Look at your printer
documentation to see what your printer margin defaults are.
