Grid Error Using Web Access

When using Microsoft Project Web Access while off site, I get an error when
clicking on issues. The grid that should appear says loading data, then it
stops and I get an error on page in the lower right hand corner of my
browser.

The error shows:

Char: 5
Error: 'MSPJGrid.TextConv' is null or not an object
Code: 0
URL: https://domain.com/projectserver/library/WssMain.asp?list=iss&_oid=-1

If I use a web browser to connect to Project Web Access while on site or
while connected via
VPN, I do not get this error.

Any Ideas?
