Group by custom field shows field description

I have create a custom task field called "Task Coordinator." In addition to
the person's name I have included a description. When I use a custom "Group
by...Task Coordinator" it groups by the Description and not the person's name.

What am I missing?

One more note: I would like to display the Task Coordinator's name and the
description, if possible. But, most important is to get the Group By to work
properly and group by Task Coordinator and not the Description in the custom
fields pick list.

Well, it IS grouping properly. The "Description" IS the name. The task
coordinator's name is the "Value". Grouping works by name.

Why not simply include the task coordinator's name as the first part of
the description?

Perfect answer... and easy to implement. It still seems backwards to me, but
you can't fight the code! <g>

I will have to add that the help system did not explain it clearly enough
that I was able to avoid the problem. Guess I'll have to use the "rate this
answer" feature.
