grouping of slides

Would like to categorize group of slides based in thier contents for rapid
recognition. What is your comment for this task?
One way could be to use different background (master slid). How can I use
more than one master slide for a group (series) of slides. In my sace slides
which I want group, are put consecutively.

I use same template for all slides.
Is it possible to change only the color of template for different groups of
slides?

Actually I want to recognize groups of slides in a glanse. In the meantime I
don't want to use different background shapes (masterslide). So I thought one
way might be to use same background slide (masterslide) and only change the
background color. I will try what you said.
