Ismail,
First add an entrance animation to your chart using the custom animation
taskpane, wipe would be a good choice and from the bottom as direction.
Select the animation in the taskpane, double click on it and choose click on
the Chart Animation tab.
Choose the group level in the list according to your wishes.
If you only have the option to animate as one object in the list then you
have choosen an entrance effect that does not allow build-up per element. If
you stick to wipe you will have no problem. Also consider adjusting the
speed, change it to slow or very slow.

Thanks Luc. it is excellent...really thanks.

i have a question..

i am able to control the timing for growing each bar in my chart
but is it possible to control timing between appearance of one bar and
another bar.
ie. after finishing one bar growing...it takes 4 or 5 seconds to appear
another bar.
is it possible to control this?

Thanks in Advance.

Double-click the animation in the Custom Animation task pane and set
the "group by" options on the Chart Animation tab. (see
http://www.echosvoice.com/animate_chart.htm ) Then click the
downward-pointing chevron in the task pane to expand the options.
Double-click one of the items and this time, choose the Timing tab.
Add a delay there.

http://www.echosvoice.com/animate_chart.htm explains how to animate a
chart using the "group by" levels
http://www.echosvoice.com/individualbullets.htm#IndividualBulletedTextAnimation
shows the chevron and expanding so you can animate the individual
items
