Guarantee or refund on MS Office Small Business

Hi, wondering if anyone's aware of a satisfaction guarantee on MS Office for
Small Business. Microsoft can't be reached for help. I haven't been able to
contact support, and can't install Contact Manager. This has been a very
frustrating experience, and I don't know where to turn.
So, I'm wondering if Microsoft would refund my purchase price. Any thoughts
anyone?
