Guest Book Issue

Not a big deal - but I've noticed that the Guestbook form doesn't appear to work properly when I attempt to test it on my local IIS (the one on my machine). It doesn't accumulate to the htm file as it should. Once I publish it the thing works OK out on the server I'm using but just wondered if anyone else had seen this when running it on http://localhost.
