Hanging sending attachment

I have a problem sending "some" attachments in Outlook
2000. It starts sending and then just hangs. I have a new
("hand-me-up") computer with Win2000.

One file is only 70k. Several other emails with
attachments have gone through. I have sent the same
attachment with the same account via my webmail option so
it doesn't appear to be an issue with my ISP. I called
them as well and they do not know why this is happening.

Any thoughts?

P.S. Have any of you found something with the search
function of this newsgroup? I don't find it very friendly.
