Has the Office Shortcut Bar been omitted from Office 2003?

Has the Office Shortcut Bar been omitted from Office 2003 or is it "hiding"
somewhere? Also would like to know if anything else has been cut from the
package.

Hi Checker,

The Office ShortcutBar was discontinued as was
MS Office Photo Editor.

Without knowing what your prior version was it's
not easy to determine what features you'd know as
either new or removed.
