have a red x instead of chart ms project

I have opened MS project and all my programs of works have red x's instead of
charts
Help!!

We'll need more explanation from you. When you say "program of works" do
you mean separate projects? Which view are you looking at that have red x's
instead of charts. Which version of Project are you using? Have you
applied any Service Packs?
