Have contacts but not address book

Just upgraded from windows NT to 2000 Professional. I'm
using outlook 98. I've successfully imported contacts
etc. but when creating new mail message, I click on "To"
button and have no addresses to select. Any help?

Post your mail support mode (line 2 of Help | About).
Post the method used to import these Contacts.
Post what you see in your Contacts Folder.
Post what you _do_ see when you click on the To: button.
