Have to reformat my move to play each time I show presentation

Presentation and movie are on the same pc. Each time I show the presentation,
I have to reinsert the movie.

The movie won't play unless I start from go and reinsert. Thanks.

Perhaps, you could be more specific about what you are doing. Most people
do not have to reinsert the movie each time, so if we know what you are
doing differently, we might be able to figure out what is wrong. Please
include information about what version of PowerPoint you are using, what
OS you are using, what type of file you are trying to insert, how you are
inserting the file, and how you are trying to play the movie.
