Have two different shortcuts in Outlook Express for two diff users

I want to have two different users use outlook express and not have to hit
file and then switch identities, and then choose the user. I want to create
two different shortcuts that are preset with the different users. Is there a
way to indicate in the shortcut, which identity to bring up?
