Explorer will not let me rename or delete sometimes. There are no other
programs running and the error is generic, not specific. Why can't it give
the program which "has" it? The only way to do the rename and delete is to
turn the PC off and start it up again. A restart will not do the job.
Maybe this is a new feature! But, it sure slows down work progress. Where
do I want to go? I just want to be able to use explorer as I used to.
My systen changes functionality and all I do is try to work on it. Guess
automatic updates are not such a good idea!
Guess this never happens to anyone else since there isn't even a discussion
group for Explorer or Windows.
