Having Problem Opening EXCEL

Hi,

I'm having problem opening EXCEL program. Everytime I try to open it, it
crushes my PC. I'm getting a message saying the system is "dangerously low in
memory", even I have no other programs running. The computer is runing fine
with the other programs. I've tried uninstall Office and reinstall it, but
still doesn't. PLEASE HELP!!!

Systems:
WINDOWS ME
OFFICE 2000
