header and footer font size not available in calendar page setup

Hi,

I basically wnat to print my calendar in outlook 2003 professional. I click
on the calendar tab in outlook then select file print. In the print pop-up
window I select page setup and then the header and footer tab. I then click
on font and there is no option for size in header, and the same for footer.

Also my calendar prints very small even though I have changed the margin
size to the default settings.

I have reinstalled office and i still get the same problem, does anyone have
any idea's?

I'm using windows xp professional and office professional and I have also
installed service pack 3.
